The right mounting equipment is key to installing solar panels on a flat roof and at this facility in Aberdeen, where we installed 12 x 435W Jinko Solar panels giving a total array of 5.22kW.

It might seem relatively straightforward to install solar panels in a flat roof but there are certain considerations. Usually the panels need to be slightly angled for optimum efficiency but in this case there was enough of a slope on the flat roof to allow parallel mounting.
The ESDEC flat roof mounting system allows us the flexibility to set different row lengths and work around obstacles, giving us the possibility to install the maximum number of solar panels on a flat roof.
