A domestic solar panel installation on an east / west roof
It's always interesting when a property, is facing east / west - we take extra care to make sure the possibility of generating enough power from the solar panels is within an acceptable range.
In this particular case, there's very little / no obstruction to the light reaching the panels, no chimney, no trees and no buildings that would cast a shadow on the roof so all in all that's a pretty good indicator that this solar panel installation will work well.
We installed 16 x 400W solar panels split over the front and bak of the house. This 6.4kWp solar setup will provide plenty of bill-reducing power.
